水稻间歇干燥工艺的模拟分析

摘要: 在稻谷颗粒内部水分扩散模拟和应力计算的基础上,编制了水稻间歇干燥工艺的模拟程序,并对模拟结果作了实验验证,然后利用模拟程序对水稻间歇干燥工艺的特点进行了分析,得出了间歇参数对水稻降水速度,内部水分梯度和内部应力的影响规律,为间歇干燥工艺的设计和参数选择提供了理论依据。Abstract: Intermittent drying is one way to improve energy utilization and to improve drying quality of some products. On the basis of moisture transfer process analyzing within a grain kernel, a simulation program for intermittent thin-layer grain drying was accomplished. The simulating results were tested through experiments, and it was found that the differences between the simulated moisture content of grain and the experimental values were insignificant . The effects of intermittent drying parameters on drying rate, moisture gradient and stresses level within a grain kernel were analyzed. Thus the simulating results could be used to devise an optimal intermittent drying process schedule.
