Abstract: In this paper, the new advances in modern fruits storage and fresh technology at home and abroad were comprehensively introduced, including produce region storage, cold storage, con-trolled-atmosphere storage, reduced pressure storage, antiseptics, radiation treatment, ionizing irradiation , storage and transportation equipments, check instruments, packing material, storage and transportation distribution, biotechnological fresh, and so on. Problems of postharvest treatment which were still existed were discussed too.
