劣质型煤着火燃尽性能的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Ignitability and Combustion Efficiency of the Inferior Briquettes from Gangue and Boiler Fly Ash

摘要: 煤矸石和粉煤灰都存在着灰分高、热值低、燃烧性能差、飞灰污染严重等特点,其型煤的燃用技术难度较大。通过对比试验,研究了煤矸石和粉煤灰等劣质型煤的着火燃尽性能,测算出不同燃烧工况下劣质型煤的挥发物产率、燃尽率及其关联式,并分析探讨了CR助燃剂在劣质型煤燃烧过程中的助燃作用。Abstract: This paper discussed the effect of furnace temperature and combustion time upon the combustion performance, i. e. the ignitability and combustion efficiency, by experiments on the combustion process of the inferior briquettes from gangue and boiler fly ash. Simultaneously, the capacity and mechanism for combustion-supporting of CR additive during the combustion process of the inferior briquetes were studied as well.
