红参干燥室计算机控制系统的研究

    Research on Microcomputer Control System of Red Ginseng Drying

    • 摘要: 为提高红参加工质量,降低能耗与成本,在调查分析现有红参加工厂干燥设备与加工工艺基础上,研制了一套采用APPLE—Ⅱ计算机自动控制烘干温、湿度的硬、软件系统,经现场使用表明,该控制系统工作稳定、正常,既可将烘干关键阶段的温、湿度变化稳定控制在±5℃与±2%~3%范围内,又能实现各干燥室集中控制,操作方便、省时、省工、省力,确保了红参烘干质量的提高。

       

      Abstract: Based on investigating and analyzing existing equipments and processing technology of red ginseng drying, a set of microcomputer control system was established, in which the temperature and the humidity can be controlled automatically by the APPLE-Ⅱ microcomputer, to improve quality of red ginseng in processing and reduce energy loss and production cost. The results of experiments and production show that the system is stable and practical. It can control variation in temperature of ± 5℃, humidity of 2 %~3 % and each drying room can be controlled by the center computer. The operation of the system is easy, saves time and labour, and good quality of dried red ginseng can be obtained. This system is suitable to the drying of other similar goods too.
