  • 摘要: 通过综合国内外混流式谷物干燥机产品的有关信息数据,对混流式谷物干燥机产品的结构与性能进行了分析总结,为设计提供参考依据。内容包括角状管的结构、尺寸、角状管布置密度、单位角状管生产率;标准单元段的总体尺寸、标准单元段中角状管层数、每层角状管数目以及角状管总数;干燥塔截面尺寸;整机结构与性能的关系;国外混流式干燥机的设计特点等。
    Abstract: Structure and performance analysis on mixed-flow grain dryers were conducted based on the information of various kinds of domestic and abroad products of mixed-flow grain dryers. The contents were as follows: the structure, size, horizontal distance, vertical distance and distribution density of the air ducts; the capacity per duct; the overall size of a modular section; the number of layers of air duct per modular section; the number of ducts per layer and the number of ducts per modular section; the area of the cross-section of the dryer tower; the relations between the structure and performance; the design characteristics of the abroad products of the mixed-flow grain dryers.
