种子离心清选机锥形筛子的设计

    Design of Conical Sieve for Centrifugal Seed Classifier

    • 摘要: 种子离心清选机是一种结构简单,工作噪音小,耗用功率低的清选机械。离心清选质量的好坏,取决于锥形筛设计是否合理。该文根据锥形筛清选的工作原理,推导出了锥形筛运动参数及主要结构参数的理论计算方程。利用所述设计理论设计的锥形筛在试验中获得良好清选效果。

       

      Abstract: Centrifugal seed classifier is a simple classification machine with low noise and low power consumption. The effect of classification mainly depends on the design of sieve. In this essay, the theoretical calculating equation of the moving and structural parameters of the conical sieve is derived according to the classification principle. A good experimental result has been achieved on the conical sieve designed by the equation.
