An Experimental Analysis of a New Kind of Pyrolysis Gas Producer with a Raw Gas Thermal Cracking Device

摘要: 在实验室建造了一种带有产气热裂解装置的新型热解燃气发生炉作为实验模型,用玉米芯为燃料进行了对运行参数优化的试验分析。结果表明,强要根据入料的水分含量适当地搭配热解温度和热裂解温度,就可以得到较为满意的气化结果。对自然风干的玉米芯用600℃热解温度和800℃产气热裂解温度可使产气中焦油含量为9%以下、产气率达74%,产气性能远比普通煤气发生炉高得多。Abstract: A new model of gas producer working under the principle of pyroiysis with a raw gas thermal cracking section was built and tested for the purpose of optimization of design and operational parameters with open air dried corncobs as fuel.The experimental results showed that the raw gas thermal cracking technology could improve substantially the gasification process of corncobs. The tar content in the gas producer was less than 9% ,and gas production rate was more than 74%, with a much higher heating value than that of conventional gas producer in rural uses.
