摘要: 玉米的糁胚分离问题,一直是干法玉米加工中较难解决的问题。在实验研究的基础上,采用计算机模拟的方法,对玉米糁胚的惯性气流分离进行了较深入的研究,得到一组最佳参数,并经实验验证。为进一步设计惯性气流分离机奠定了基础。Abstract: Degermination and debulling of corn are important processes in the production of dry-milled corn. Based on experiments, the study on degerminating of corn was carried out by means of computer simulation. The optimal parameters were got, which were proved perfectly by the experiments. A new kind of degermination machine was conceived and manufactured. The productivity of the machine is 300 kg/h. The rate of pure corn grits is beyond 65%. Germ content in pure corn grits is below 1 %.
