Abstract: Theory and mechanism of controlling light-truck pitch vibration were studied and two-degree freedom model of vehicle vibration system was set up. Using root locus method of control theory, this paper analysed the influence of suspension stiffness variation on the system transient characteristics and determined the range of stiffness values of suspension.
