Abstract: This paper describes the feasibility studying methodology of World Bank' s loan for CASSP. It' s a kind of construction on synthetic technical service system and it is the first time for Chinese agricultural projects. Comparing with other kinds of agricultural projects for productions and prof its, the feasibility studies have some differences, especially in the project preperation and design , economic appraisal and risk analysis. On the basis of studying the methodology, author gives some new methods in the feasibility studies of agricultural projects in China here. The CASSP has been impletmented since July, 1993.
