首都蔬菜持续发展战略探讨

    Inquiry Into the Sustained Developing Strategy of Vegetable in Beijing

    • 摘要: 概括介绍了“七五”以来的10年间北京蔬菜生产布局、种植面积、品种结构、市场流通等方面所发生的变化和取得的进展;指出了当前首都蔬菜经营规模、作业方式、生产效率、流通体制等方面存在的问题。为制定好今后首都蔬菜持续发展战略,文中提出应依靠科技进步,以提高劳动生产率和经济效益为中心,建立起现代化的蔬菜生产技术体系和市场流通体系。

       

      Abstract: This paper includes three parts, (1) briefly introducing the changing and progressing in the layout of vegetable field,planting area,variety of vegetable crops, market of circulation etc. in Beijing in the past ten years, (2) appointing out the problems around the scale of production and the system of circulation etc. in Beijing suburb, (3) putting forward the developing strategy of vegetable production in the future, i. e. changing the traditional planting way of vegetables to the modernizing sustained agriculture as soon as possible through the progress of technology, at the same time estabilishing a modernized technology system of vegetable planting and market circulation in order to improve the productivity and economic profit, and drawing up the developing strategy of vegetable in Beijing suburb.
