    Design and Experiment of Low-Lift Axial Flow Pump

    • 摘要: 采用变环量分布法设计轴流泵模型,应用k-ε紊流模式模拟泵站的进、出水双向流道。试验研究表明:该模型过流量大,高效范围宽,装置效率高,可以在低扬程泵站推广应用。

       

      Abstract: The model of axial flow pump is designed with method of changeable circulation distribution, the in-and-out two-way flow of pump station are simulated with k-ε turbulence mode. It is found that this model is characterized by large discharge, wide high efficiency range, high device efficiency, and it can be spreaded and used in low-lift pump stations.
