Abstract: This paper introduced the design and calculation methods of fixed-yeast fluidized-bed biological reactor used for refining alcohol. The calculation formulas, main parts and technological process of the fluidized-bed biological reactor were presented. Test showed that the reactor for an alcohol annual output of 30 tons was correct in calculation and reasonable in technology.
