    粉末等离子弧堆焊工艺在修复农机零件中的应用

    Application of Powder Plasma Bead Welding Technology in Repairing Agricultural Machine Parts

    • 摘要: 对粉末等离子弧堆焊工艺用于修复磨损的锤片、犁铧、钉齿和螺旋挖沟机叶片等四种零件进行了试验研究。优选出两种合金粉末并选配一种合金粉末,确定了堆焊部位、焊层厚度和堆焊各零件的工艺规范参数。室内磨损试验及生产试验均证明了修复零件的使用寿命比新品提高一倍以上,作业成本降低49%-77%。

       

      Abstract: This paper tests and researches the powder plasma bead welding technology application in repairing bars, plowshares, spiker and ditching machine vanes. Two kinds of alloy powder were selected. One kind of alloy powder were mixed up. Welding position, welding layer thickness and welding technological parameters were established. Wearing test in laboratory and test in production show that service life of repaired parts is over two times longer than the new ones,and the work cost decreases by 49%-77%.
