    • 摘要: 该文对减压干燥的机理进行了探讨,在试验的基础上,分析了几种果蔬的减压干燥过程及其特点,并与热风干燥进行了比较。

       

      Abstract: The mechanism of decompression drying was studied. On the basis of experiment, This paper analyzed the decompression drying process and its characteristics for some fruits and vegetables.
