Abstract: To produce concentrated juice and drinks is an important field in further process of hawthorn. Producing concentrated juice of hawthorn is different from producing other juices. The hawthorn must be sliced before dissolving for good extracting result. The exist slicing machine designed for other fruits is unfit for slicing hawthorn. So studies and manufacture of hawthorn slicing machine to meet the needs not only for hawthorn but also for other fruits is necessary. The simple structure, easy to operate and dependable functions of the machine are proved by the test of producing operation.
