柴油汽车驾驶室的减振动态设计

    Dynamic Design by Modification of Cabin for Decreasing Vibration

    • 摘要: 运用试验模态分析方法对柴油汽车驾驶室进行了参数识别,结果发现该驾驶室的第10阶固有频率与发动机二阶惯性力频率相近,从而引起驾驶室较大的振动。为使驾驶室第10阶固有频率避开发动机二阶惯性力,对驾驶室进行了动态修改设计,结果表明振动明显下降

       

      Abstract: This paper used test modal analysis method to identify parameters of cabin of diesel automobiles. It was found that the tenth natural frequency of the cabin is near to the frequency of the second inertial force of engine. This causes great vibration of cabin. Dynamic modification design can avoid the response of the tenth natural frequency of cabin with the second inertial force of engine. The result shows that the vibration is decreased obviously.
