边界积分方程法在工程机械结构件强度计算中的应用

    Application of Boundary Integral Equation Method in Strength Calculating of Engineering Machinery Parts

    • 摘要: 采用弹性问题的Kelven基本解,建立了边界积分方程的两种离散求解方法。编制了相应的计算程序。对两种对称工况下ZL80装载机动臂板强度、ZL60E装载机铰接系统铰接点区域应力场进行了计算。同时,进行了实车应力测试,对计算结果进行了验证

       

      Abstract: Applying Kelven fundamental solutions of elastostatics, two discrete solving methods are described, and corresponding computer programs are edited. The strength of ZL80 loader'arm plate and the stress field near the pivot point of ZL60E loader's articulation system are calculated. The calculating results are verified by stress tests.
