    Studies on Analysis of Welding Induced Residual Stresses and Displacement on CXZL80 Wheel Loader Structure

    • 摘要: 采用自动动态增量非线性分析有限元程序对CXZL80装载机执行装置进行了焊接残余应力变形的分析研究,计算结果与实测数据进行了对比。结果表明,动臂横梁焊缝附近存在较大的焊接残余应力变形,它们直接影响结构件的强度及加工精度

       

      Abstract: The paper studied welding induced residual stresses on CXZL80 wheel loader work device with the ADINA SYSTEM. The computed results were compared with experiment data. The results show that there is large residual stress and displacement in the weld and adjacent heat affected zone of the lift arm. They affect the strength of the structure and process precision.
