    Study on the Degradation Effect of Microbe on Starch-Plastic Film

    • 摘要: 报道用混合霉菌对淀粉塑料薄膜进行微生物降解的实验室方法和降解效果。将6种被接种的薄膜试片置于28℃恒温条件下,经过28天的培养,试片降解效果为:混合霉菌生长覆盖面积达25%~100%;失重率为0.67%~19.26%;抗拉强度降低90%以上;断裂伸长率降低12.7%~37.2%。证明混合霉菌对淀粉薄膜有良好的降解能力

       

      Abstract: The paper reports the experimental methods and the effects of microbe degradation on different kinds of starch-plastic film inoculated with mixed fungi. The degradation effects of inoculated film are that the area of the fungi growth on film is 25 %~100 % , the film weight losses 0. 67 %~19. 26 % , tensile strenght decreases more than 90 % and breaking elongation decreases 12. 7 %~37. 2 %. So , the mixed fungi have a good degradation effect on starch-plastic film.
