    直流电桥烟叶水分快速测量仪的研制

    Study on Instrument for Fast Measure Moisture Content of Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 主要讨论采用直流电桥快速测量烟叶水分的一些关键问题,如电桥的选择、测量部位的选择、电容效应的抑制等问题,在此基础上研制出直流电桥烟叶水分快速测量仪。实验结果表明,使用该仪器测量烟叶水分所需时间约15s,测量范围8%~25%(湿基水分),测量精度为±0.6%,可满足烟叶收购时的要求,亦可用于烟叶烘烤时的水分测量

       

      Abstract: For fast measuring moisture content of tobacco leaves by DC bridges, there are some key factors, i.e., selecting bridge type and position of probe, reducing capacitance influence and non linearity on affecting the accuracy. In this paper, the factors are discussed and a instrument for fast measure moisture content of tobacco leaves is studied and developed by DC bridges. The results of experiments and application show that the instrument needs about 15 seconds for measuring moisture content of tobacco leaves , its measuring range is 8 %~25 % (humid group) , measuring accuracy is - 0. 6 %~0. 6 %. It can meet the demands for measuring moisture content during purchasing and drying of tobacco leaves.
