    Discrete Element Simulation for Arch Flowing of Agricultural Particle Material in Outlet

    • 摘要: 简述了离散单元法的基本原理,离散单元法不仅能反映散粒相互间移动形态,而且能从动力学方面反应物料之间的力学关系。编制了仿真程序,对散粒农业物料孔口出流落粒成拱的影响因素进行了计算仿真。找出了粒结力、摩擦系数、粒径与临界孔口直径、拱高之间的关系,并把仿真结果和实验值对比分析,结果基本一致

       

      Abstract: With the discrete element method(DEM) which is able not only to model displacing between particles but also to analyze dynamically the force transmission relation among particles. The latter is a special performance of discrete element method. Based on DEM, a program is developed. The paper calculated and simulated some effect factors of agricultural particle material flowing arch formed in outlet by program. The relationship between the cohesion, friction, size and critical outlet diameter and arch highness are derived. The results of calculation are coordinate with the experimental ones. So , DEM is a useful method and tool for study agri-cultural particle materials.
