    • 摘要: 以热传导原理工作的盘式干燥机,在干燥酒精糟渣过程中,糟渣的特性参数将发生变化。通过试验测试,分析了糟渣在干燥机内的充满系数、导热系数的变化规律及影响因素。进一步分析了上述系数变化对干燥机工作性能的影响机理,并提出某些相应改进措施

       

      Abstract: Disc dryer works on the principle of heat conduction. Distillers grains physical properties will be changed when it is dried in the dryer. The changes and effecting factors of distillers grains filling coefficient and heat coefficient in the dryer are studied. The mechanisme of the coefficients changes effect on the performance of the dryer is analysed, and measures to improve the performance of the dryer are put forward.
