斗轮堆取料机变幅装置运动特性分析的计算机仿真
Simulation of Kinematic Characteristics Analysis for the Luffing Device of Bucket Wheel Stacker/Reclaimer

摘要: 从计算机仿真的角度出发,对斗轮堆取料机变幅装置进行了刚体系统模型简化;利用附加约束法建立了约束方程,并对采用Newton-Raphson法求解位移非线性方程以及求解速度方程和加速度方程的过程进行了分析。改变装置的结构参数,在启动、稳定变幅和制动的连续动作工况下,对国产DQ1000/150045型斗轮堆取料机变幅装置的运动进行了仿真研究Abstract: Based on computer simulation,the multibody kinematical model of luffing device of bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer was established. To construct constraint equations,the additional driving constraint method was used. Newton Raphson method were employed to solve the nonlinear kinematic constraint equations for position. The equation solving process was analysed. As an example,simulation for the device of DQ1000/1500·45 type stacker/reclaimer was carried out.
