Abstract: The basic quality requirements of high agricultural engineering personnel were discussed from the following aspects. 1)the developing trend of world science technology in 21st century; 2)the development of Chinas national economy; 3) the confronting problems of China agricultural development. On the other hand,this paper described the training objective and the requirements of qualified personnel on high agricultural engineering undergraduate education for 21st century.
