车身动态设计的一种方法

    • 摘要: 运用试验模态分析方法和有限元方法,对试装柴油发动机的国产微型汽车进行了模态分析,把两种分析方法所得的模态参数进行比较,经确认或修改模型,便可建立一种比较精确的动态设计模型。在相似性的估计的准则上,提出了一种频率对比的新方法,并对车身的局部振动进行修改,并得到较为合理的结构

       

      Abstract: In this paper,experimental modal analysis and dynamic finite element analysis were used in modal analysis of domestic minicar with diesel engine. The model was modified through analyse of modal parameters which obtained in the two ways, then a precise dynamic design model was obtained. A new method of frequency comparison was presented on the standard of resembleness. The partial vibration and inherent vibration shape were modified, and a rational structure was obtained.
