花生仁品质的光特性分选技术

    Peanut Kernels Quality Sorting by Optical Properties

    • 摘要: 采用荧光显微镜、荧光分光光度计和多功能光特性检测系统,研究了花生仁品质的荧光特性和光反射特性,得到用以区分低品质花生仁的反射光谱特征波长。为了提高花生仁的总体品质,研制了利用分叉光纤作为检测和导光元件,以及由微机控制的光特性分选试验机,并对花生仁进行了分选试验

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the quality of peanut kernels, the fluorescence properties and reflectance spectra of peanut kernels were measured and analyzed with the fluorescence microscope, fluorescence spectrophotometer and a system for measuring the optical properties. The characteristic wavelengths of reflectance spectra used to discriminate between low quality peanut kernels and normal peanut kernels were obtained. A computer controlled optical testing sorter with trifurcate optical fiber of collecting and conveying light was developed,with which the test of sorting peanut kernels was conducted.
