    Dynamic Display of the Overturning Stability of Multi-tracked Machine Using Vector Computation

    • 摘要: 分析了多履带机械的受力情况,针对其作业特点提出了绕三个球型支座失稳和绕中心回转轴承失稳时的稳定性计算模型和计算方法,编制的稳定性分析软件,可以动态显示各种工况下的稳定区域图。其研究成果对于多履带机械的稳定性计算和总体设计具有实用价值

       

      Abstract: The force acting on multi tracked machine was analyzed and a stability mechanical model was presented in accordance with the working conditions. The computations of overturning in two conditions were given, one condition was the overturning happened around the axis of any two ball supports and the other one was the excessive eccentricity of the vertical force acting on the pivot bearing. The software of the stability analysis of the multi-tracked machine can display the stable zone for various situations dynamically.
