    喷施锌、碘对大白菜锌、碘累积量、产量及品质的影响

    The Effect of Spraying Znic and Idoine on the Accumulation of Znic and Idoine,Yield and the Quality of Chinese Cabbage

    • 摘要: 田间试验结果表明,喷施锌或碘后,在一定浓度范围内,白菜累积锌、碘量明显增加。最大累积量分别达到62.2mg/kg和3.32mg/kg,白菜产量也有一定程度的增加。但是当锌、碘喷施量超过一定浓度后,对白菜会产生毒害作用。同时,喷施锌、碘对白菜硝酸盐含量、维生素C含量也有一定影响。

       

      Abstract: The paper illustrated the effect of spraying Zn and I in plot experiment. The results showed that accumulations of Zn and I are increased by spraying Zn and I in specific range and the maximum accumulation of Zn and I were 62.2 and 3.32 mg/kg respectively and the yield of Chinese cabbage increased, too. But if the concentration of Zn and I was up to a threshold, the toxicity will be produced by both of the elements.In the mean time,the effect of spraying Zn and Ion the quality of Chinese cabbage, such as nitrate and Vc content, was also studied too.
