    • 摘要: 文章研究了鱼糜在挤压过程中的流变特性，建立了在不同压力下的流变模型，并分析了鱼糜表观粘度随压力而变化的原因

       

      Abstract: This paper studied the rheological behaviour for minced fish, set up a rheological model for minced fish under different pressures, and analyzed the reason of increasing the viscosity in terms of the change of pressure.
