小型拖拉机发动机功率油耗计算机辅助测试系统的研制

Design of Computer-Aided Testing System(CATS) of Powerand Fuel Consumption for Small Tractors

摘要: 在吸收机械式功率、油耗测试仪的基础上，利用机电一体化等先进技术，研制成一套小型拖拉机发动机功率、油耗计算机辅助测试系统。实现了对功率、油耗、转速的计算机辅助测试及曲线绘制。该系统采用了动态实时图像显示技术及在线数字屏幕输出，提高了系统的实用性。

Abstract: In this paper,the design of a CATS of power and fuel consumption for small tractors is given. The advantages of the mechanical instrument which is used to test power and fuel oil are introduced, and the technology of the static real-time picture view is employed.　Using CATS, the power, the fuel oil consumption, and the rotational speed of the engine can be tested in a few minutes．
