载重汽车自控电动冷却系统的研究

    Research on the Autocontrol Electricdriven Cooling System for Truck

    • 摘要: 分析了载重汽车传统冷却系统的不足,提出了用电动机驱动冷却风扇并采用双风扇全封闭风罩、设置导风板和活动窗叶的方案。论述了自控电动冷却风扇的结构及工作过程,分析了自控电动冷却系统的机理。与传统方式相比,自控电动冷却系统的功率消耗减少90%左右,节省燃油10%以上。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the shortage of conventional cooling system of truck is summarized, a new scheme that the cooling fan driven by an electric motor is put forward. The dualfan and whole fanshroud as well as the airstream deflector installation with the motor fan were used in the scheme. The structure and working process of the autocontrol electric cooling fan, the principle of the autocontrol electric cooling system were analyzed. The cooling system can cut down the power loss by 90 %, save the fuel up to 10 % .
