Abstract: This paper analyses the situation and the restrictive elements of mechanization of agriculture in Fujian. According to the successful experiences of realizing mechanization of agriculture in Japan and Taiwan Province and Fujians actual conditions，this paper discusses the developing way and policymaking for mechanization of agriculture in Fujian Province．
