    • 摘要: 用多级浸提设备,在提取食品原料的有效成分中建立了一个线性有限差分方程,根据工艺指标,通过该方程的完全解得到所需段数,并以最优化原理进行提取液用量的最优决策。

       

      Abstract: A linere difference equation was set up in using a stage extractor to extract food ingredient.According to the technical data, the extractive stages can be gotten by complete solution of the equation, the optimum policy in the extractive capacity was made by the process optimization.
