摘要: 针对土槽试验台车进行土槽试验,设计了以CZ-200型磁粉制动器作为加载装置的计算机模拟加载系统。研制了计算机直接数字控制系统,进行了磁粉制动器的动态性能试验,验证了加载系统的加载精度和响应速度。Abstract: Using a CZ-200 magnetic particle brake(MPB), a simulation loading system was designed for carrying out tests with a soil bin tester. A computerized DDC system was developed to control MPB and measure data. The dynamic performance tests of MPB were conducted, and the experiments of two tractors were engaged to verify the loading precision and response speed of the system.
