物料在振动筛面上抛起的计算机模拟和实验研究

    Experiment and Computer Simulation of Tossing Motion of Agricultural Materials on Oscillating Sieve

    • 摘要: 该文对物料在振动筛面上被抛起时的动力学进行了分析,得出了物料抛起时的运动特征界限值K3;建立了数学模型,运用计算机模拟计算,直观地将振动方向角ε,筛面角α与运动特征界限值K3关系用图线表示出来,并进行实际测试,证明当K3值较小时,实际值与模拟值较接近,当K3值很大时,实际值比理论值小得多,所建立的计算机计算模型,具有实用价值,可方便地确定设计参数。

       

      Abstract: A dynamic analysis was made on the tossing motion of agricultural materials on oscillating sieve.The limit value of motion feature (K3) was obtained, and the mathematical model on K3 was established and calculated. The curves of the limit value of motion feature (K3) were expressed in the graphs with the change of the screen slop angle α and vibration direction angle ε. According to the test results , it was shown that the tested value (K3) was close to the simulation value when K3 was smaller and it was much lower than the simulation value when K3 was larger. The model can be conveniently applied into the determination of the design parameters in practice.
