离心泵叶片参数对磨损规律影响的试验研究

Experimental Research on Effects of Blade Parameters on Wear of Centrifugal Pump

摘要: 针对离心泵过流件磨损问题，进行了叶片几何参数对磨损影响的试验研究。并就固－液两相流泵的叶片参数选择提出了见解。

Abstract: The colorcoating blades and aluminum bblades were used to analyze the wear of impellers. The research shows its racial to choose appropriate blade parameters in respect of improving the wear of impellers and the performances of the centrifugal pump. Therefore, the larger inlet angle and wrap angle, suitable outlet angle and blade number are recommended in this paper.
