Abstract: A new type of cylinder precision feeder for wheat was reported in this paper. The structure and working principle of the feeder were described. One set of the feeder can sow 2～6 rows，the feeding rate of single seed is 45 seeds per second，the correct rate is over 75．86 ％ and the split rate is less 0．49 ％. The experimental results indicate that the sowing performance of the feeder is advanced comparing with other existing precision feeders for wheat.
