Abstract: Technique from perturbation method and reliability design theory are employed to present the practical and effective method for the reliability design of backaxle housing.The theory formulae of reliability design of backaxle housing are obtained.The respective program can be used to obtain the reliability design parameters of backaxle housing accurately and quickly.
