液体喷砂和电拉毛粗化处理对热喷涂曲轴疲劳强度影响的研究

    Study of the Influence on Fatigue Strength of Thermal Spraying Crankshaft Roughening by Wet Blasting and Arc

    • 摘要: 分析了影响热喷涂曲轴疲劳强度的主要因素,测定了液体喷砂和电拉毛粗化处理试件表面的应力状态和两种处理试件喷涂层与其体的结合强度,并对喷涂层结合面的金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,喷砂后喷涂层与基体的结合强度不低于电拉毛后喷涂层与基体的结合强度,喷砂处理表面应力状况确明显优于电拉毛处理表面。

       

      Abstract: The main influence factors on fatigue strength of thermal spraying crankshaft were analyzed. The stress case on the surface of test parts by wet blasting roughening and arc roughening were measured, and bond strength between coating and base were tetsed, the metallurgical structure of the coating was also observed. Results show that the bond strengths of the coating treated by two kinds of roughening method are almost equal and the stress case on the surface of the parts after wet blasting is more significantly excellent than that by arc roughening. 
