桃的“冰温”贮藏研究

    Research on Storage of Peach in “Ice Temperature” Conditions

    • 摘要: 利用“冰温”贮藏技术可以明显抑制桃的呼吸作用,推迟桃的呼吸高峰期,减少各种营养成分的损失。在此基础上,结合塑料薄膜小包装的气调性,改善了包装内的气体组成,提高了果实周围相对湿度,从而更有效地抑制了桃在贮藏过程中糖分、Vc以及水分的耗损,减少了果实腐烂率和褐变率,并保持一定的感观指标,可最大限度延长桃的贮藏时间。

       

      Abstract: The storage technology of utilizing “ice temperature”can greatly retain respiration of peach, retard the peak of respiration and reduce loss of various nutritious composition.Ice temperature combines with the gastigh of small plastic film package can improve the composition of gas in the internal of package,increase the relative humidity of fruits around. That retains the loss of the sugar,vitamin C and water, reduces the rate of fruits decay and browning remains certain sensory index and prolongs the time of the peach storage at the greatest degree.
