Abstract: The procedure of DuzhongCola was determined on the basis of results of single factor experiments. On the basis of these results the orthogonal experiment of formula and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were conducted. The DuzhongCola was manufactured in the beverage plant with the determination of the optimum formula．
