秸秆开模压饼工艺的试验研究

    Experiment and Study on Straw Wafering With OpenEnd Die

    • 摘要: 研究秸秆开模压饼工艺,在自行研制的开模柱塞往复式压饼机上,围绕主要影响因素和草饼特性指标,进行了一系列的试验研究。结果表明,用含水率15%的秸秆生产的草饼具有较高密度和耐久性;在草饼直径一定的情况下,增加喂入量可减小草饼出模后的松弛比;用较长的秸秆生产的草饼具有较好耐久性。通过对试验数据的回归分析,得到了压缩力与草饼密度、草饼耐久性与松弛密度之间、压缩比能和松弛密度的经验公式。开模压饼工艺的试验研究为秸秆开模压饼机的设计以及秸秆压饼生产提供了重要依据。

       

      Abstract: The paper focuses on the wafering of straw in openend die. A series of experiments are conducted on a hydraulic driven piston wafering machine to find the effects of main processing factors on the properties of wafer. The results show that wafers produced from straw with 15% moisture are of higher density and durability,relaxation ratio decreases with the increase of charge at a given diameter,wafers made of longer straw are more durable. Relationships between pressure and density,durability and relaxed density,and specific energy and relaxed density are determined through analysis of experimental data. The experimental study on staw wafering and its results lay an important base for designing of straw wafering machine with openend die and wafer production.
