Abstract: It is a high science and technology project to develop protein feed in utilizing microbe technology. In this paper,a new practical and adaptable processing technology of fungus protein feed is put forward and a set of equipment is made based on the practical situation of Xinghuacun Fenjiu Cooperation in Shanxi Province. The application of the technology will realize the reutilization of distillers' dreg and provide a new way to resolved the deficiency in protein resources in feed industry.
