Abstract:
The test and technological research on extraction of leaf protein concentrate(LPC) from Hanthium Sibiricum, Humules Scandens and Chinese Cabbage were carried out. The effect of trituration on fractionation of LPC is the main research content. A modified kneading cutter 93RC-40 was used to process the greenvegetation. Test result shows that the numbers of trituration has evident effect on break level of the greenvegetation, but not clear on the extraction ratio of coarse protein in juice. The wet and dry processing were also studied. The result will be useful to the design of triturating machine, and selecting the technological parameter.
