模糊控制在土槽牵引车实时系统中的应用

摘要: 土槽设备不仅为各种农机具提供不受季节和气候影响的实验场地,而且还为要求严格实验条件的农机科研创造条件。土槽实时控制系统包含有计算机系统、可控硅整流装置、土槽牵引车、液压悬挂部分等,主要进行作业速度和犁耕阻力两参数实时控制方面的研究。控制作业速度和阻力是一项既重要难度又大的课题,整个试验通过系统辨识,确定本系统呈二阶欠阻尼特性,因而确定了采用模糊理论的控制策略,取得了理想的效果。Abstract: Soil bin device provides experiment space for all kinds of agricultural imple-ments and conditions for deliberate research.This system includes computer,controlled silicon unit,soil bin draft vehicle,hydraulic pump station etc.,in which both the velocity and plow resistance could be controlled.The research is important and significant,and the system is so complicated that the fuzzy theory has been quoted,which brought the ideal effect.
