自动平地机的激光平面系统研究与试验

    Study on Laserplane System for Levelling Machine

    • 摘要: 为了保证农业高产、稳产,提高农业的效益而研制了自动平地机的激光平面系统。主要研究了半导体可见光激光器经过聚焦、准直后的光强和能量分布特性,根据太阳光和扫描激光信号的差异,设计并制作了激光发射器、激光接收器和控制器,并作了自动平地试验。试验结果表明:该系统的技术性能与国外同类产品技术性能基本一致。工作半径200m,平地精度±1cm。在该系统控制下可平平面、平坡面和开沟。该系统不仅适用于农业,也可用于水利工程、机场、铁路、高速公路和建筑工地的场地平整。

       

      Abstract: A laserplane system has be developed for the auto levelling machine which is in great demand for high yields and increasing agricultural efficiency. First of all, the optical intensity and energy distribution of a semiconductor visible laser beam was studied. Then the difference of the sum light and the laser beam in scanning was investigated. Furthermore, the laser tansmitter, receiver and controller was designed based on the analysis. The test data indicates that the performance of the developed system is as good as that of the same kind of system produced abroad. The detection range is 200m, with a error of less than 1cm. This system can be used to level a plane, inclinedplane and dig ditch. It is suitable for irrigation,airport,railway,highway, and construction work sits.
