气爆式花生脱壳性能的试验研究

    Test Study on Performance of Peanuts Shelling by Gas Burst

    • 摘要: 利用花生壳本身的透气性,将花生果置于容器内,密封后充入较高压力的气体,维持一定时间,使花生壳内外压力在短时间内达到规定值,然后突然释放,实现了采用气爆原理使花生脱壳的性能试验。文中分析了影响气爆式脱壳的主要因素,找出了提高气爆式花生脱壳率的最佳充气压力和稳定压力维持的时间。

       

      Abstract: To search for new principle and method of peanuts shelling is very importand for improving the quality of peanuts shelling. The gas permeability of the peanuts shell was used in this research: putting the peanut fruits into the container,after the container was encapsulated, filling air into the container with higher pressure, keeping the pressure different between inside and outside the container for a period, so as to reach the setting value,then open it suddenly. In this way,the performance test of peanuts shelling was realized by gas burst principle. This paper analyzed the main factors that affect the peanuts shelling by gas burst,and has found out the optimum gasfilled pressure and the duration of the stable pressure to improve the percentage of peanuts shelling by gas burst. The testing analyses showed: the performance of peanuts shelling is optimum by keeping the stable pressure for 5 minuts at the gasfilled pressure of 0.6 MPa for the small size peanut fruits; the peanuts kernel's percentage of damage(or percentage of broken) is less then 1%, which is much less than that of the traditional mechanical shelling.The peanut kernels that were gottn by gas burst are satisfied absolutely for the demands of the export and seeding.
