Fabrication of a Gradient WearResistant Material and Its Microstructure Features

摘要: 根据仿生学原理,把梯度功能材料的设计思想扩展用于“量大面广”的耐磨材料,研制了一种与部件一体化制做的新型梯度耐磨材料及其制备工艺,对主要工艺参数的选择进行了计算和讨论,并研究了材料的组织特征、力学性能和耐磨性。Abstract: According to the bionics principle, a design idea of functionally gradient materials was introduced into the wearresistant material that is frequently used. A new gradient wearresistant material that is fabricated integrally with part, as well as fabrication process of the material were developed. The main parameters of the process were calculated and discussed. The microstructure features, the mechanical properties and the wearresistance of the material were also investigated.
