Abstract:
This paper analyzed ethyl acetatetea polyphenolswater extraction systemThe relation between mixing time and tea polyphenols concentration in extraction phase, the effect of temperature on extraction process and the change pattern of the ratio of the phase equilibrium distribution to the stages of extraction equilibrium were studied with cascade countercurrent extraction methodology. The results show that the main extraction process is mass transport diffusion, its onestage extraction phase equilibrium distribution ratio is 1.6, and the suitable extractionoperatingtemperature was under 15 ℃. Threestage countercurrent extraction technique is suggested in industrial production.
