茶多酚的萃取过程及体系相平衡研究

    Study on the Process and Phase Equilibrium of Tea Polyphenols (TP) Extraction

    • 摘要: 通过对醋酸乙酯-茶多酚-水萃取体系的分析,采用逐级萃取的方法,研究了萃取混合时间与萃取相茶多酚浓度的关系、萃取温度对萃取过程的影响、相平衡分配比随逐级萃取平衡级数变化的规律。研究结果表明,茶多酚萃取过程以扩散传质为主,一级萃取相平衡分配比为1.6左右,萃取操作温度宜控制在15℃以下。建议工业生产采用三级逆流萃取。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzed ethyl acetatetea polyphenolswater extraction systemThe relation between mixing time and tea polyphenols concentration in extraction phase, the effect of temperature on extraction process and the change pattern of the ratio of the phase equilibrium distribution to the stages of extraction equilibrium were studied with cascade countercurrent extraction methodology. The results show that the main extraction process is mass transport diffusion, its onestage extraction phase equilibrium distribution ratio is 1.6, and the suitable extractionoperatingtemperature was under 15 ℃. Threestage countercurrent extraction technique is suggested in industrial production. 
